This move works a lot like the frontal corkscrew open, with the primary
differences in the opening position for the move. Instead of begging the
opening from the frontal corkscrew you first move to the horizontal pinwheel
variation
and then separate your hands. As demonstrated in the video there are two
different ways to perform the closing of this move. Once in the opened position
you can return to the corkscrew type alternation of one poi above the arm
while one poi is below the arm. Also you can continue the spins of the opened
pinwheel, bringing your hands back together to complete the horizontal pinwheel.
There are other combination variation that can be made at both
the frontal and extended positions. Be imaginative.
