Comments:
Many times when people jump into the frontal corkscrew without first knowing
how to do the corkscrew they have a problem with having their hands spread
too far apart (hands near shoulder area). The frontal corkscrew open uses
this concept in a functional technique. Begriming with the frontal corkscrew
with your hands held closely together, you then separate your hands out
to your sides. While doing this you maintain the bottom to top alternation
of the poi as you do in the frontal corkscrew. After the desired duration
of the extended/open positon just return your hands back together and continue
the frontal corkscrew.
